1. General

1.1 Evashtra (“Evashtra”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operates the website www.evashtra.com and mobile applications (together, the “Platform”). We facilitate the sale and delivery of clothing and fashion accessories to customers (“Customer” or “you”).

1.2 Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, may use our services. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

1.3 This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside them and our Refund & Return Policy.


2. Shipping Coverage & Timelines

2.1 Shipping Regions – We currently ship only within India.

2.2 Processing Time – Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date of purchase.

2.3 Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days (Metro & non-Metro)

  • Express Delivery: 5–7 business days (where available)

2.4 Shipping Charges – We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹1299. Orders below this amount may incur a shipping fee displayed at checkout.


3. Order Tracking

3.1 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your order through our logistics partner’s website.


4. Delivery Attempts & OTP Verification

4.1 To ensure safe delivery, we may use a One-Time Password (OTP) system. Please provide the OTP to the delivery partner to receive your order.

4.2 Our logistics partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us and may be cancelled. In such cases, shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted from any refund.


5. Undeliverable Locations

5.1 Certain areas may be marked as unserviceable by our logistics partners. If your location is unavailable for delivery, you will be notified at checkout.


6. Delays & Liability

6.1 While we aim to deliver within the promised time, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen logistical challenges

  • Weather conditions

  • Political events, strikes, or natural disasters

6.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., missed events, additional expenses) arising from delivery delays.


7. Address Accuracy

7.1 You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Reverse Logistics for Returns

8.1 Returns are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Reverse pickup will be arranged for eligible orders. If your pincode is non-serviceable, you must self-ship the product.
