Refund policy

At Evashtra, we want you to love your purchase. While we work hard to deliver high-quality products, we understand there may be cases where you wish to return or exchange an item. This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Returns

At Evashtra, we do not offer refunds, and returns are only accepted under specific circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects: If there’s an issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • NO RETURN ON HANDMADE ITEM.

If your return request is approved, the customer must send the item back to us at their own expense. Once received and inspected, we will provide a replacement or store credit. Thank you for your understanding!


2. Eligibility Exchange

To qualify, the product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, unaltered, and untampered.

  • Accompanied by an unboxing video for defective/wrong product claims.

  • For any exchange the customer has to pay ₹150 for the shipment charges.

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Sale items, undergarments, intimate wear.

  • Products damaged due to negligence or not following wash care instructions.

  • Altered garments or customized orders.


3. Process for Returns

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at support@evashtra.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Ship Your Return: Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address. You must ship the item back at your expense.
  3. Receive Store Credit: After we inspect the returned item, you will receive a store credit to your registered account or email.

4. One-Time Exchange Limit

We allow only one exchange per order. Once an exchange is processed, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.


5. Important Notes

  • We do not cover return shipping costs.
  • Any product returned in a damaged or used condition will not be eligible for store credit.
  • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
